WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK STATEMENT

1. Acceptance of Risks:

By signing this document, I acknowledge that paddle surfing is an activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, physical injuries, drowning, and property damage. I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with paddle surfing and the use of the equipment provided by Activitats SUP Tossa SL.

2. Release of Liability:

I release and discharge Activitats SUP Tossa SL, its employees, agents, and affiliates, from any liability, claim, demand, action, or damage that may arise in any way related to my participation in paddle surfing activities, including but not limited to any accident, injury, death, or property damage.

3. Physical Condition and Health:

I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in paddle surfing activities. I have consulted a doctor about my ability to participate in this activity if I have any health concerns.

4. Use of Equipment:

I agree to use the paddle surfing equipment responsibly and according to the instructions provided by Activitats SUP Tossa SL. . I commit to returning the equipment in the same condition it was provided, excluding normal wear and tear. I assume responsibility for any damage or loss of equipment due to negligent or irresponsible use.

5. Safety:

I agree to follow all safety rules and regulations set by Activitats SUP Tossa SL and any local authority. I commit to wearing a life jacket at all times while on the water.

6. Waiver of Future Claims:

I understand and accept that this liability waiver agreement is binding and prevents me from making any future claims against
